OCCASIONAL HELP WANTED FOR CHURCH CLEANING AND CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT SYDENHAM STREET UNITED CHURCH,
With the increasing use of our church facilities for concerts and public events our custodial/cleaning team seeks additional casual help. Much of this work would involve evenings and Saturdays. Anyone who has experience doing such work in a Church setting and would be interested in providing such a service on an occasional basis should contact:

Chalmers United Church
Administrative Assistant
This position provides administrative and program support to the congregation, elected leaders and staff of Chalmers United Church. As a highly visible employee of the congregation, the person in this position will represent the church administration to the members and adherents and the wider community. Working often with confidential and personal matters, the Administrative Assistant works in a busy church environment with many volunteers where interpersonal relationships and multiple tasks are often demanding.
The successful candidate should be energetic and will have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as exceptional interpersonal skills. This professional individual must have extensive working knowledge of database, internet and word processing applications with experience in web site management. Post-secondary education at a community college or university with two to four years of administrative experience is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience. An extensive benefit package is provided.

St. Margaret’s United Church in Kingston, Ontario seeks a full time ordained minister (due to retirement) effective
July 1, 2008. St. Margaret's seeks to nurture spiritual growth; values justice and outreach to the wider community; and
